Nilam Patel is an experienced corporate attorney who has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Nilam’s experience includes providing pro-active, strategic legal guidance and support to executive teams and key operating business teams on a range of corporate matters, including structuring, negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts (such as high-value software licensing/SaaS, distribution, supply, financing, purchase, service, employment) and corporate acquisitions from the due diligence phase, to drafting/negotiating of asset and stock purchase agreements and through closing and post-closing business integration process.
